Your information

Privacy

A plain-language explanation of the information used to answer enquiries and fulfil print orders.

Who is responsible

Elizabeth Anne Art is an independent art studio based in Christchurch, New Zealand. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@elizabethanneart.co.nz.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we receive the contact, delivery, and order details needed to fulfil it. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message. We may also receive limited technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

Cart contents and your theme preference are stored in your browser. Umami provides privacy-focused aggregate website analytics. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to identify automated abuse.

How we use it

We use personal information to answer enquiries, process and deliver orders, send receipts and service messages, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form details for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Stripe processes payment and checkout details; Resend delivers order and contact emails; Cloudflare hosts and protects the storefront and provides Turnstile; and Umami provides aggregate analytics. These providers may process information outside New Zealand under their own privacy and security arrangements.

Card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Elizabeth Anne Art. We disclose information only where needed to provide these services, fulfil delivery, comply with law, or protect the storefront and its customers.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including order fulfilment, support, tax and accounting records, dispute handling, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct personal information held about you by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also raise a concern with the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
