Shipping & Returns

Elizabeth Anne Art currently delivers within New Zealand only. All prices are in New Zealand dollars. The applicable shipping charge is shown at Stripe Checkout before you pay.

Prints are prepared carefully to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your print to be prepared and dispatched. New Zealand courier delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days, with extra time sometimes needed for rural addresses and holiday periods.

If an unusual delay is likely, we will contact you using the email supplied at checkout. If you need a work by a particular date, please email before ordering so timing can be confirmed.

Prints are sent unframed in protective, art-safe packaging. Tracking details are emailed when they are available. Please check that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

Please email hello@elizabethanneart.co.nz as soon as possible with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs of the print and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in line with New Zealand consumer law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. The print must be unused, unframed, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility, and the original delivery charge is not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending anything back so the return address and safe-packing instructions can be confirmed. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned print has been inspected.
