Terms of Sale

Elizabeth Anne Art is the trading name of an independent artist based in Christchurch, New Zealand. These terms apply to orders made through elizabethanneart.co.nz. By placing an order, you confirm that the order details are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Artwork images are presented as accurately as practical, but colours can vary between screens and the physical print. Prints are sold unframed unless the product page expressly says otherwise.

Limited-edition works are enquiry-only until the edition size and current availability have been personally confirmed. An enquiry does not reserve a work or create a sale.

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. Shipping is added and displayed before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. We may contact you to resolve an obvious pricing, availability, address, or technical error and will refund any payment if an order cannot be accepted.

Delivery and returns are covered by the Shipping & Returns policy. New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, continues to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical print only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist. Artwork, photographs, writing, and branding on this site may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
